1-½ hours of exhibit reception during lunch both days to ensure traffic in the exhibit hall. The purpose of the lunchtime tabletop reception is to attract attendees and provide an excellent opportunity to mingle in a relaxed setting.

Tabletop exhibit reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis.

Download your exhibitor packet, select your booth location and return your completed Exhibit Reservation Form to the attention of Susan Hopkins via fax (305) 442-7451. Reservations are taken and booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. One table per company.
